Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for TatvaIQ Audiobook Studio purchased through our payment partner, Razorpay.
1. Try before you pay
Every account includes a free demo so you can hear real narration with your own text, preview all voices, and test both narration quality tiers before paying anything. We encourage you to use it before subscribing.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by writing to support@tatvaiq.in.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan and remaining quota stay active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges are made.
- Your projects and previously generated audio remain accessible after cancellation; only new narration is limited.
3. Refunds
- First subscription, largely unused: if you subscribe for the first time and have generated less than 10 minutes of audio, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full once verified.
- Service failure: if a verified fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period at our discretion.
- Beyond these cases, fees already paid are non-refundable, since narration incurs real processing costs the moment it is generated.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@tatvaiq.in from your registered email with the subject "Refund request" and your payment reference. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
