Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by TatvaIQ ("TatvaIQ", "we", "us"), including TatvaIQ Audiobook Studio at audiobook.tatvaiq.in (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
TatvaIQ Audiobook Studio converts text manuscripts you upload into narrated audio using artificial-intelligence text-to-speech technology, and provides tools to edit, organise, and export that audio. Generated narration is synthetic AI speech, not a human recording. Output quality can vary with input text, and we do not guarantee any particular artistic result.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under supervision of someone who is.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
3. Your content and rights
- You own your work. You retain all rights to the manuscripts you upload and to the audio the Services generate from them, to the maximum extent permitted by the underlying technology providers' terms.
- You must own, or have the necessary rights to, any text you upload. Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright or other rights.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Services (for example, sending text to our AI providers to generate narration).
- You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated audio, including complying with the AI-narration disclosure policies of any store or platform where you publish it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing; not to attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services; not to resell the Services without our written agreement; and not to create multiple accounts to evade quotas or trial limits.
5. Plans, quotas, and billing
- Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Each plan includes a monthly quota of generated audio. Premium narration consumes quota at a higher, clearly displayed rate. Unused quota does not roll over.
- We may change plan prices or quotas with at least 15 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- You can cancel any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify features with reasonable notice. Support is provided by email at support@tatvaiq.in.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TatvaIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time by writing to support@tatvaiq.in. On termination we will delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
